This is a dated 28-day snapshot captured in August 2026. The exact start and end dates are not supplied in this case study. It is not a before-and-after comparison, a current dashboard, or proof that the redesign caused these results. The live clinic website has continued to change.

The work documented here

  1. Built the website. The redesign used custom typography and motion and went through pull-request review before publication.
  2. Separated booking clicks from page views. Separated the booking path from general page views. Booking clicks and completed appointments need distinct measurement; this snapshot does not verify completed-booking totals.
  3. Laid the search foundation. Worked on crawlable service content, business information and technical search foundations. An optional plain-text guide is not evidence of answer-engine citations; no citation uplift is claimed here.
  4. Updated local business information. Worked on Google Business Profile information and the relationship between local service pages and the booking path. This case study does not present a current review count.
  5. Review the measurements. The team reviews search data and chooses the next changes. The average position shown here is from the August 2026 snapshot.

The challenge

The clinic needed to explain its services, identify the physician and help visitors find the booking page. The design also needed to reflect the practice’s own identity.

The approach

We planned the typography, motion and booking path, then reviewed the changes through pull requests before publication on the clinic’s domain.

  • Custom motion homepage — scroll-choreographed sections in a distinctive design language, no template anywhere
  • Production discipline — PR-only main branch, server-rendered heading fixes, verified before promote
  • Local-practice conversion — booking path and clinic identity kept front and center throughout the redesign
